The settings is what controls your business portal and how it operates.

 

Here you can edit or view information such as:

  • Business Information

  • Appointment Reminder Settings

  • Business Profile Settings

  • Email Settings

  • Text Settings

    • SMS Templates

Appointment Reminder Settings

You may toggle off which reminders you wish not to send, all are enabled by default.

Please note, templates cannot be edited at this time.

Save the Date

Will be sent when the appointment is accepted.

Note: Will not be sent if the appointment is on the same day.

Confirmation Reminder

Will be sent if within 3 days of the appointment.

 

Note: The appointment must be in an unconfirmed status.

Day of Reminder

Will be sent on the day of the appointment.

Note: Appointment must not be in cancelled, missed, pending, or rescheduled status.

Missed Appointment Reminder

Will be sent 24 hours after the appointment date/time, if appointment is in confirmed/unconfirmed status.

Thank You (Review Text)

Will be sent 24 hours after the appointment, if the appointment is in a complete status.

Display “Call Us” option.

Choose to display a “Call Us” option in the “Contact Us” drop-down menu.

Please note, this can only be used on mobile devices.

Choose to display a “Call Us” option in the “Request Appointment” drop-down menu.

 

Appointment Request Disclaimer

Choose to display a disclaimer message on the appointment request form.

 

You can update the disclaimer text by navigating to Settings → Business Profile Settings → Options → Edit Profile → Appointment Request Disclaimer.

 

 


Disabling Features

  • If you do not want to display the “Call Us” option, simply toggle the switch to off.

  • If you do not want to display the “Text Us” option, simply toggle the switch to off.

  • If you do not want to display the “Request Appointment” option, simply toggle the switch to off.

 

Contact Us Widget

  • This is an embeddable html code that you may provide to your web developer to include the contact us form on your website.

  • Any form submissions will be visible inside of the business portal.


Email Templates

 

How do I add an email template?

  1. Click the “Add Email Template” button.

  2. Complete the form (you may add attachments, if necessary).

  3. Click “Save Changes”.

 

 

How do I view an email template?

  1. Click “Options” drop-down menu.

  2. Click “View”.

 

How do I edit an email template?

  1. Click “Options” drop-down menu.

  2. Click “Edit”.

  3. Make any necessary revisions.

  4. Click “Save Changes”.

 

How do I delete an email template?

  1. Click “Options” drop-down menu.

  2. Click “View”.

  3. Confirm that you’d like to delete the template, by clicking “Continue”.
