How can customers submit reviews?

Your customers can submit reviews through your business profile or directly on your website via the reviews widget, if setup.

How can I request a review from my customer?

  • You can enable the reviews widget on your website, and ask your customer to visit that page to leave a review.

  • You can ask your customer to visit your business profile to leave a review.

  • If the customer is opt-in (provided written consent via text message) for promotional text messages:

    • They may receive an automated review request via text message:

      • After a completed appointment.

      • When you manually choose to send to the customer through the customers profile.

    • Please keep in mind the customer has the right to opt-out of text messaging at any time.

      • So we recommend not to spam the customer with review requests.

Appointment Reviews

  • After a completed appointment, a review request (text message) will automatically be sent to the customer if they meet the following criteria:

    • The customer status is active.

    • The customer has a mobile phone number on-file, and is opt-in to receive promotional text messages.

External Review Service

This is a great way to grow your reviews on external platforms (i.e. Facebook, Google, Trustpilot, Yelp, etc). Please note, while we do offer a way for your business to grow your reviews on external platforms (i.e. Facebook, Google, Trustpilot, Yelp, etc), we must advise you of the following:

  • External platforms may require the customer to “sign in” to an account on the platform in order to leave a review.

    • This may deter the customer from leaving a review if they don’t have an account OR they don't want to sign up for an account on the external platform.

  • It is the customers decision to proceed with leaving a review on the external platform, at their discretion.






Why can’t I see the email address or phone number on some reviews?

This review is from a “guest” (not a business customer), and for security purposes this information is not disclosed to the business, and used for administrative purposes only.
