Legal Requirements

You will not be permitted to communicate with your contacts through text until they have provided written consent to receive text messages from your business.

This requirement is satisfied by the contact replying “TEXT” to the Welcome Text they initially received.

Can I edit the business name that appears in the welcome text?

Yes, but this will require ALL of your contacts to opt-in again.

If you would like to change your business name, please contact customer care for assistance.

Can I edit what the Welcome Text says?

No, this is prohibited for legal compliance.

How does the Welcome Text look?

Example:

Reply TEXT to subscribe to messages from ABC Corp. Reply HELP for help, or END to unsubscribe; Msg. & Data rates may apply.


Cancel a Text Message

You can cancel a queued text message by following the steps below.

  1. From the navigation bar, click “Communications”, then click “Outbound SMS Queue”.

  2. Locate the text message you wish to cancel, then click “Cancel”.

 


Text Delivery

Text messages are delivered every five minutes, between 9 AM PST and 5 PM PST.

Can I cancel a text message from being sent out?

Yes, as long as hasn’t been sent already.

Mass Texting Tool

This tool will allow you to reach all of your contacts for a specific contact group (or all of your contacts) at once.

This is a pretty powerful marketing tool, use it with caution.

Please note, your contacts must be active, with a mobile phone number, and opt-in to receive text messages.

A contact may only be sent a welcome text, once per month.

All images, logos, trademarks, and registered trademarks, are the property of their respective owner.
